1 Malaysia
People, so-called divided based on age, status, intellectual standard, height, etc etc aren't so easily divided as said. Division among people to various groups is a tedious job and we ought to just forget about these divisions and just live happily together, without any discrimination. yes, some may say one race leads the other. how true is this? untrue. each and every race has a thorn, a black sheep among them. no race is flawless. no race leads. some may also say older men are wiser. untrue. what bout women?(haha, sorry) It's rare, but cases do occur where older men have to listen to their young C.E.O of their company. N, not all old men have great wisdom. Rape, crime, etc cases do involve older generation too, sometimes. Ok, forget the junk. What I'm trying to say is that people ought to be united, despite nature's action in making some of us white, some of us black, some of us brown. Unity is the greatest strength of a nation. And as a Malaysian, I'm hoping that all races shouldn't discriminate one another to gain greater achievements. We haven't reached our greatest ability yet, because we haven't reached our goal yet: satu bangsa, satu negara. Kopitiam owners of different races do not discriminate each other. Trishaw pullers of different races never say his/her race is better than his co-worker's race. I've heard loads of Penangites who are not Chinese speak in Chinese dialects. Therefore, if we, Penangites can do this, why can't other Malaysians? Talk to your friends, regardless of their race. Discuss with them on football, badminton, movies, etc. Rent a house with them (if you have to), without worrying that their rituals may bother you. Hang out with them without worrying that friends of your own race may give you a weird look. If we don't start doing all these, who will? Just don't discriminate, it sucks. Bai bai...elmo out~!
